Business organization

Daytam will be organized according to the matrix structure. A matrix structure involves a combination of different structures to come up with the most suitable. A matrix organizational structure is different from other structures in that the reporting relationships are organized as grids rather than in a hierarchical manner (Baligh, 2006). In a matrix organization, functional heads are in charge of employees. Employees also report to the respective project heads. Matrix organizations complete units of jobs or specific projects while at other times, work involves a specific customer or product. Marketing consultancy businesses often engage in promoting specific products and often handle lengthy projects for clients. This makes matrix organization the best structure for the business.
